Malmö Breakfast/Brunch Places
Atrium is another must-go café in Malmö if you like beet latte, nice food and simple yet very floral surrounding.
The atmosphere is just so charming that you fall in love with that space and wish you can call it your every day office. Breakfast, brunch and lunch, some pastry and cakes on the side. Highly recommended to use their little yard when the weather is nice.
This place totally owns my heart. It is a huge lifestyle concept with the most beautiful and inspirational variety of house hold items, vintage furniture, kitchenware, design, clothes and much more.
And guess what? The cafe is part of it! Nice selection of cakes - non-vegan, vegan, breakfast and lunch menu to your satisfaction and that all while sitting in dining area full of beautiful vintage tables.
After you finish your fika or lunch you can just get lost in their boutique full of plants that will not let you leave empty-handed. Absolute must visit while in Malmö when you are into design and hungry at the same time ;)
Probably my most favourite cafe in Malmö, that is serving breakfast menu all day long that fits me so well. I am such a slow breakfast person and here I can come anytime with no doubts of being satisfied.
The menu is completely vegan, but even you are not, you won’t spot a difference. Everything is so delicious and even the traditional Swedish cakes are made vegan instead of raw cake options.
The whole interior is made into one big living room style meeting point with it’s cosy corners plus outside area if the weather is generous. One of the corners is dedicated to art and crafts so you can get inspired by some amazing work of local producers.
It is a magical place and I can never get enough to be working there, meeting my friends for coffee or get that breakfast plate at 3pm :)
Geijersgatan 53 -Café & Butik
This lovely place was recommended to me by my dearest friend Ida, with whom I share endless love towards cosy, charming café places with very good coffee, warming atmosphere and delicious cake options for afternoon fika. Freshly baked pastry, delicious brunch meals with view on the green outside area.
Moreover, this place is even more special because a wonderful boutique with house hold items as well as garden items is part of it.
Books, water cans, plants for indoor or outdoor, even selection for kids is there. Design pieces, decoration, inspiration for sustainable living and much more is waiting for you at this location.
It is worth to visit, even though the store in not very central. Take a bus or give it a bike ride and reward yourself with coffee and soft ice cream while wandering in the boutique full of lifestyle ideas.
When truly feeling for fulfilling healthy lunch, here is where my feet take me most of time. A.vo.ka.do is quite new concept but for sure got it’s audience already. Food is very simple, but colourful and incredibly tasty. Every dish contains avocado, that is their main idea. Everything is prepared by the staff and you just wish to know that recipe for their sauces ;). Salad bowls, avo toasts, smoothie bowls and raw desserts shine on their menu. I highly recommend the shakes, their Moca Avo Shake takes me to heaven every singly time. Saturday is a brunch day, and make sure you got your spot, because they don’t take any reservations. Eat in or take away for later, you will not regret ;)
